Canadian Agri-food Export Opportunities in a Covid-19 World

Watch Now

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented shock to agri-food supply chains. It’s critical that policy solutions be found to help the sector rebound. Quite simply; there is no more important sector than food.

Overseas, some domestic supply chains are struggling, creating opportunities for imports from Canada. This, combined with overall growth, means an overall larger market for major Canadian agricultural products such as wheat, beef and pork, and canola. But our ability to exploit those opportunities depends on agri-food not being encumbered by reactive regulations that reduce efficiency.

Join authors May Yeung as we discuss agricultural export and growth opportunities in a COVID-19 world.
